About the role

In this role, you will be an important part of the URS team working alongside regional technicians, local IT representatives, and users within the organization. The focus is on managing User Request Services (URS) for end-user equipment, which means providing support, ensuring deliveries, and following up on orders and related system issues.

You will serve as a natural point of contact for users regarding questions about orders, status updates, and equipment, while working in multiple systems to ensure proper documentation and delivery according to applicable service levels.

Salary: 25500-27000

Working hours

Scheduled shifts between 07:00 and 18:00.

Main responsibilities

• Provide support for user orders and equipment issues.
• Ensure delivery of equipment in accordance with Service Levels.
• Maintain ongoing contact with end-users and assist with information, status, and guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and order-related problems.
• Work in multiple ordering, delivery, and management tools.
• Collaborate with suppliers and purchasing functions.
• Document work and communication in a professional and structured manner.
• Prepare or assist with reporting as needed.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least three years of experience in IT work.
• Has a basic understanding of asset management and IT equipment flows.
• Is familiar with web shop environments and ordering systems.
• Enjoys working in multiple tools and systems simultaneously.
• Has good analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Is proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Communicates fluently in English.
• Is self-driven, structured, and takes initiative.
• Has high integrity and works professionally with both data and user contacts.
