Capio is looking for a service owner in IAM who wants to take responsibility for a central identity and access service in a critical public sector operation. Your roleAs the service owner for IAM, you are responsible for leading and further developing Capio's services in identity and access management. The role entails clear ownership of both technical development and policy and process development within IAM, where you ensure that governance, working methods, and guidelines are appropriate, updated, and anchored in the needs of the organization. You work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and your team to ensure high quality in service delivery and continuously adapt requirements for future needs.
In this role, you have overall responsibility for our IAM service and its continued development. You own the service from vision and roadmap to priorities and implementation, driving improvement initiatives, new features, and automation in line with architecture, governance, security, and business requirements.
You collaborate closely with the business and IT by capturing user needs, translating them into service requirements, and shaping a clear service strategy. You monitor budget, costs, and quality, and ensure stable management through structured handling of incidents, problems, and root cause analyses. As an IT Service Management representative, you are also a natural escalation point.
You lead the development work within IAM and are responsible for ensuring that relevant processes, policies, and operational documentation are updated and adhered to. The role also includes responsibility for the Health and Medical Care's address register (HSA) for Capio, ensuring compliance with the trust framework.
About youYou have an academic degree in computer science, engineering, or another relevant field, or equivalent work experience. You have at least five years of relevant experience in identity and access management (IAM) and have worked in roles such as service owner, architect, IAM consultant, or senior developer.
You have good knowledge of IS/IT Service Management and ITIL processes, as well as a solid understanding of the IAM domain, including identity lifecycles, access control, permissions, and security requirements. You are accustomed to collaborating with other teams during the deployment of new applications and ensure that access, roles, and permissions are managed correctly from an IAM perspective.
As a person, you have strong analytical skills, can make well-founded priorities, and enjoy working both strategically and operationally. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a good ability to express yourself in English. You are driven to improve the IT experience for both users and the organization.
Technical skillsAt least five years of experience in identity and access management (IAM)
Solid knowledge in IAM, including identity lifecycles, access control, roles, and permissions as well as security requirements related to IAM
Experience collaborating with other teams during the deployment of new applications from an access perspective
Understanding of how roles, rights, and access are modeled and implemented
Experience working with and further developing IAM-related policies and processes
Experience managing and optimizing authentication and authorization processes
Experience with identity federations such as SAMBI and the address service HSA
