Do you want to work closely with advanced manufacturing industry, modern software, and some of the most innovative machine solutions on the market? TRUMPF Machine is now looking for a CAD/CAM Technician who wants to combine technology, IT, and customer contact in a varied and developing role.

As a CAD CAM Technician at TRUMPF, you will be an important part of our applications and service team. You will work closely with our customers and colleagues in service, sales, and applications to ensure effective, stable, and value-creating software solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Application support – installation, configuration, and support of TRUMPF's software

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving within CAD/CAM environments

• Case management in our service system

• Programming support for customers

• Sales support during machine sales and customer demonstrations

• Customer visits and relationship-building work

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology who thrives in a role where you can combine problem-solving, service, and communication.

We would like you to have:

• High school education, preferably post-secondary in technology/IT/production

• Experience in CAD/CAM preparation or programming within the manufacturing industry

• Good understanding of production systems and industrial flows

• IT skills in areas such as:

  • Networking

  • Databases

  • Firewalls

  • License management

  • Installations and troubleshooting

• Experience working with SAP and case management systems (meritorious)

• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing

• Driver's license B

• Knowledge of German is a plus
