About the role

Within our security function, we support Ramboll's projects and contribute to a strong internal security culture. As a Student Assistant, you will have the opportunity to participate in security-related tasks and contribute to how we work with security both in projects and internally within the company. The role provides you with a broad insight into security work and experience in how security is integrated into a multidisciplinary organization.

Your new position

As a Student Assistant with us, you will have a unique opportunity to combine theoretical learning with practical responsibility. We value initiative and engagement, and ensure that you can help shape your own working hours. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will gradually take on more responsibility while developing your skills and gaining insight into security work in an international and dynamic workplace. The job gives you a chance to build valuable experience, contribute to important projects, and grow professionally.

As a Student Assistant with us, you will have the opportunity to work with:

• Coordinating security assessments, including follow-up and closing conversations.
• Providing administrative support to the security team, for example during background checks and management of program licenses.
• Updating and improving templates, guidelines, and instructions.
• Participating in campaigns, training, and other initiatives to promote and strengthen the security culture within Ramboll.

About you

• Ongoing vocational, college, or university education with a relevant focus.
• Interest in security protection and information security.
• Structured and security-conscious.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
• Proactive and confident in bringing forward your own ideas and suggestions.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Ability to work approximately 16 hours per week.
