About the Role

Securitas is now looking for someone who wants to work as a security guard at one of Stockholm's most elegant hotels located in central Stockholm, Grand Hôtel. What stands out with this client is a lot of freedom under responsibility, working with the latest technology, and the entire team of professional colleagues and the client striving towards the same goal.

As a security guard, you have a genuine desire to build good relationships and respect everyone, regardless of background. Your main task is to make people feel safe in their daily lives.

As a security guard, you are employed by Securitas but work under the police authority's regulations.

The position places a strong focus on providing good service to the client's visitors. You work alone on-site but always have support from colleagues in the area.

We are currently looking for employees for two full-time positions - one on day shift and one on night shift.

• Working hours 07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00
• Blasieholmen, Stockholm

You will, for example:

• Ensure that the environment at our clients is calm and safe. The reception work is handled by the client themselves.
• Intervene in situations that arise as needed and maintain contact with the police authority.

Requirements

We believe you are a stable and stress-resistant person who can handle pressure and manage setbacks well. You are humble, team-oriented, and service-minded in your interactions with the public, but also understand the responsibility in your role and can remain objective when required. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability for the position.

Requirements for the position:

• You have a security guard training and a valid security guard permit
• You have approved high school grades in Swedish and English
• Driver's license B
• You have very good language skills in both Swedish and English

Meritorious if you

• have experience in service work.
• have professional experience from the security industry
• Good physical condition

As a person, we believe you are service-oriented, calm, and organized and can handle periods of high work pace. You are interested in technology and have an easy time understanding instructions. We see that you are an independent person who trusts your own abilities, quickly understands problems, and solves them creatively. You have a systematic and meticulous approach with an eye for detail. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability for the position.

Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
