Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 220 employees work with technical property operations and management. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is prioritized.

The role includes, among other things:

• As a fire technician, be the face of the property owner and ensure that tenants have a safe and functioning environment to be in, as well as:
• Rounds and corrective maintenance focusing on fire protection.
• Service, inspections, and maintenance of fire protection equipment such as fire extinguishers, fire doors, smoke vents, and escape routes.
• Troubleshooting and actions for fire protection installations.
• Independently perform most, including advanced, fire protection work within various types of properties.
• Independently troubleshoot technical installations and equipment.
• Perform actions and document in accordance with established routines and regulations.

Who are you?

You have:

• Several years of experience working with fire protection in properties.
• Property technician education or equivalent competence acquired through work experience.
• Experience of independent work in various types of properties.
• Familiarity with having a lot of contact with tenants.
• Experience working with various property technical systems.
• Driver's license (B).
