Your daily life as an SOS Operator

"One of the most enjoyable things about this job is that no day is the same as the last". You will encounter all kinds of people, questions, and problems. The 112 calls cover everything from acute medical cases, traffic accidents, fires to calls where someone needs a reassuring voice. With interview support and adapted technology, you ensure that the right resources are sent to the right place at the right time. In ongoing calls, you collaborate with colleagues and external resources such as police, rescue services, and ambulances. The work is often conducted at a high pace, and those seeking help are always the focus. The work is carried out at the SOS center where you sit in an open environment together with your colleagues.
