About the position

Avarn is now reaching out to those who want to work as security guards in various assignments within the order/trade department. This includes shopping malls, commercial environments, municipal assignments, and assignments within public transport (SL).

We offer both full-time and part-time employment with varying working hours, i.e., evenings, days, nights, and weekends for those who are trained security guards or have a planned security guard training during the spring of 2026.

Avarn builds future security guards through continuous professional development within the industry towards our clients and developing our staff. We have developed a training package where you have the opportunity to enhance your skills within our organization and grow in your professional role. The training sessions you will participate in through this position include:

• PDV training
• Venue training
• Security training & Security protection training
• AOSP training
• Naloxone training

with associated continuing education

We value your personal engagement and drive, which is important in this position.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is at least 20 years old according to §4 of the Security Guards Act (2014:401) and holds a valid security guard license or has passed the Police's suitability tests to start security guard training in the spring of 2026.

In addition, you must be unpunished*, drug-free, have organized finances, good health and fitness, and a high school diploma or equivalent education.

* All personnel at an authorized security company must be approved in terms of lawfulness, civic reliability, and suitability. For the approval authority's assessment of a person's lawfulness and civic reliability, information from the criminal record or suspicion register or processed by the Security Police under the law on the processing of personal data within the criminal data law area will be obtained.
