Security Protection Coordinator

About the Position

In the role of security protection coordinator, you will operate in a supportive, advisory, and educational function within the entire security protection area – information security, personnel security, and physical security. You are an important support to both managers and employees and contribute to making security protection a natural and integrated part of the organization.

You will plan, develop, and conduct training in security protection and ensure that applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines are followed. The work also involves participation in planning and follow-up, conducting investigations, and producing and compiling reports. A central part of the assignment is to actively contribute to the development of the organization's security protection work.

In some parts of the organization, you will be the sole security protection coordinator, while in others, you will work alongside a small number of colleagues. Regardless of placement, you will be part of an established cross-authority network where security protection coordinators collaborate and share experiences, which also allows for professional development.

The positions are located in Stockholm. Business travel may occur.

About You

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic education or equivalent competence acquired in another way that we consider comparable. You have experience in security protection issues and good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is desirable but not a requirement if you have training in security protection or experience in planning and leading work with smaller groups. This also applies if you have relevant and current experience in the application of regulations, signal protection, IT security, security-related analyses, or investigation of security incidents. If you have previously worked in an organization with high demands for integrity and security awareness, it is an advantage.

Personal qualities are of great importance to us. Since the role involves contact and collaboration with various parties, you need to be able to collaborate easily with others and resolve challenging situations through attentiveness and communication.
