About the Position

The Sustainability Department is a relatively new department undergoing a transformation. We now want to strengthen our team and are looking for a Quality and Work Environment Specialist.

As a Quality and Work Environment Specialist, you will play a key role in the systematic improvement work within the sustainability area.
Together with a colleague in the unit, you will also take on the role of Business Specialist within the Management Organization and work to develop, manage, and administer our deviation management system, the IA system. You will collaborate with colleagues in both the Sustainability Department and the HR Department as well as other parts of the organization. We are in the midst of a comprehensive transformation in this area with great opportunities for development.
You will work on:
- Leading, driving, and participating in improvement and development projects related to deviation management
- Developing, managing, and administering our deviation management system, the IA system
- Gathering needs, writing requirements, and testing within the IA system
- Creating communication materials and conducting training as well as writing user instructions
- Analyzing data within the sustainability area to generate insights and report trends and patterns
- Delivering decision support, analyses, and reports to various target groups, e.g. management teams.
- Conducting investigations, working with risk assessments, and deviation management
- Ensuring that the system meets requirements for usability, accessibility, and information security.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders within and outside the organization to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Providing internal support in the common areas of responsibility of the Sustainability Department
Welcome to the Sustainability Department, which consists of three units: Environmental and Social Responsibility, Work Environment and Electrical Safety, and HMSK in Facilities and Projects. The department conducts its operations and development work in close collaboration with other parts of the organization.
You will belong to the Work Environment and Electrical Safety unit, which coordinates, develops, and supports Svenska kraftnät's sustainability work in accordance with management decisions, Svenska kraftnät's significant sustainability aspects, and the global goals for sustainable development.
About You

Furthermore, you have a university or college degree in, for example, work environment, natural sciences, engineering, or social sciences, or equivalent competence acquired in another way that Svenska kraftnät assesses as equivalent.
You have:
- Experience in leading and driving improvement work.
- Work experience in managing and developing processes for deviation management systems, preferably the IA system.
- Experience in conducting and coordinating incident investigations.
- Knowledge of Swedish legislation in the work environment area with experience in implementing this in processes and routines.
You should also have a very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
We consider it an advantage if you have:
- Experience in communicating and training different target groups
- Experience in managing assignments in project form
- Experience in supplier follow-ups and audits, management systems
- IT skills related to deviation systems
- Worked as a business specialist or requirements setter within management/products or projects

- The position is located in Sundbyberg, Västerås, Sundsvall, or Gothenburg
- Opportunity for remote work up to 50% #LI-hybrid
- Travel may occur in this position (Used as needed if relevant to the position)
