We are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented employee for our client within Facility Helpdesk. You will work closely with the client's operations and become an important part of their success. No day is the same, and you will play a key role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly for our client.

Your tasks will include:

Responding to inquiries and fault reports via phone and email with a positive and professional attitude.
Coordinating with suppliers and contractors to quickly and effectively resolve issues that arise.
Ensuring that cases are registered, managed, and followed up correctly through the case management system.
Responsible for invoice management and providing ongoing updates to management regarding facility-related issues and status.
Providing clear and professional support regarding fault reports, orders, and other requests.
If necessary, forwarding cases to relevant parties, such as property owners or cleaning service providers.

The position means that you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting, but will work at our client's office in Sundbyberg. The position is full-time and is expected to start as soon as we find the right person and will continue indefinitely. Working hours are office hours Monday to Friday.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience from similar roles in reception, office administration, or service.
Service-oriented and comfortable creating good customer contact, both via phone and email, with clear communication in Swedish and English.
Organized and structured with an eye for detail and an aptitude for administrative tasks.
Solution-oriented and efficient, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Technical proficiency and ease in understanding new digital systems and tools.
Unpretentious with a positive attitude, always ready to contribute where needed.
