WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

Together with your colleagues in the HR unit, you will primarily work with operational HR issues, recruitment administration, and administrative support for the unit. You will have an operational focus and will structure, administer, and follow up on the issues you handle.

YOUR TEAM

The Riksbank consists of nine departments, and the HR unit is organized under the Staff Department. The unit consists of 8 employees who work with both strategic and operational issues within leadership development, recruitment, labor law, change management, and workplace environment, to name a few. Within the unit, we are also responsible for payroll processing and contractual issues. Here you can read more about the Riksbank's organization.

MORE ABOUT YOU

You have an academic background in human resources or equivalent education and experience in HR administration. You are proficient in the most common HR systems, the MS Office suite, and SharePoint, and you have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. Experience in HR administration within the public sector is an advantage.

As a person, you are proactive, possess personal maturity with integrity, and have the ability to communicate clearly. You work goal-oriented, are solution-oriented, and are good at prioritizing. Furthermore, you are motivated by having your own responsibility and are used to working independently. Together with your colleagues, you create engagement and have a good ability to understand different operations to provide the best support.

Start date: March 1
Employment type: Fixed-term employment, full-time, 40 hours/week for 6 months
Location: Head office Stockholm
Working hours: Trust-based working hours
Possibility to work remotely: Yes

The position may be classified in a security class, and a security check including background check, security interview, and special personal investigation will be conducted for the final candidate. For certain positions, Swedish citizenship is required.
