This is a recruitment for our long-standing client Teledyne FLIR in Täby. Teledyne FLIR is now looking for a junior administrator for their service and support department. You will be offered a fun and exciting assignment in a high-tech environment, with excellent facilities and fantastic colleagues. As an administrator, you will assist customers in the process of preparing the documents needed to send products for service. You will be involved in this entire process from the first customer contact until the product is returned to the customer. The work is largely conducted via email and tickets in the SAP case management system, where approximately 90% of the communication is in English. You will handle inquiries both internally within the team and with external customers.

Working hours are during the day, and your work will primarily be on-site.

You have a high school diploma, with post-secondary education being an advantage. It would be fantastic if you have worked in SAP for a few years, preferably with a background in SAP Customer Service. Experience with other larger ERP systems is highly meritorious. Experience with customer contact is very important. It is also advantageous if you have worked in an organization with many and relatively complex flows, both internally and externally.

You speak Swedish and good English.

The person we are looking for knows that they are service-oriented and can keep all the famous balls in the air. You enjoy providing customer service, are interested in improvement work, and can give and receive help in your work. Furthermore, you are cheerful, structured, meticulous, engaged, and responsible. Working independently is not a problem for you.

For the position, you need to be able to speak, read, and write in Swedish & English. It is an advantage if you have previously used the ERP system SAP, but it is not a requirement.
