About the position

Our client is a woman in her 40s who lives on a farm just outside Aneby. Her greatest interest is animals, and she enjoys going out to the farm to feed the chickens or watch the cows. She also likes to paint her nails, play the piano, watch movies, and be creative. Her limitations mean that she requires assistance around the clock. Tasks may include personal care, feeding, medication, support during meals, and motivating her to exercise. Your workplace is wherever the client is, and you will be her support in everyday situations.

What is required of you?

To work as a personal assistant for our client, you need to be attentive and calm with great patience. You should be flexible and able to understand and read our client's needs. Determination and the ability to rearrange activities during the day if needed are also important. Experience as a personal assistant or similar is desirable but not a requirement. We focus primarily on your personal qualities and ensuring that you, as an assistant, build a good relationship with the client. To be considered for this position, you must be proficient in Swedish, smoke-free, and have no allergies to pets. You also need a driver's license and access to a car, as public transport to the workplace is not available.
