About the Position

Hellidshemmet is a nursing home beautifully located at the foot of Hellidsberget. The facility is surrounded by a scenic environment with walking and cycling paths to Helliden Castle and waterways. There are common areas for meals, social interaction, various activities, and a shared outdoor space.

We are now looking for two care assistants for the nursing home Hellidshemmet in Tidaholm municipality. The work includes standard care tasks as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.

The positions are permanent employment with immediate start or as agreed. Working hours are scheduled for night shifts on both weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with formal training as a care assistant from a nursing program. Furthermore, we prefer that you have good knowledge of dementia diseases and experience working with BPSD.

Basic IT skills and computer proficiency are required as computers/smartphones are used for documentation and registration in the job. Since a large part of your tasks involves communication and documentation, good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form is required.

As a person, you are positive and responsible. You should also have a good ability to build strong relationships while supporting individuals to have a good everyday life. You need to be comfortable working independently as most of the work is done alone, but you should also be able to work in a team.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

A driver's license is desirable.
