The home care service in Sotenäs municipality is growing, and we are looking for more substitutes for longer assignments.

Within home care, we provide quality care and service interventions to individuals who have services according to the Social Services Act. Home care covers the entire Sotenäs municipality and is based at Kvarnbergets Elderly Center in Kungshamn.

Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will provide care and service interventions to our users in accordance with the Social Services Act, based on individual needs.

You will work with a good attitude and with strong empathetic skills. You enjoy working both independently and in a team.

Your work will also include performing delegated tasks according to the Health and Medical Care Act, as well as documenting and establishing implementation plans according to applicable legislation and guidelines.

Qualifications

You are a trained nursing assistant.

A driving license (B) is required, and manual transmission is desirable.

As a person, you are social, empathetic, flexible, and curious about people. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and previous references.

You have good computer skills and excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken.
