Description

The home care service is now looking for more hourly employed nursing assistants/care assistants for both day/evening groups as well as night shifts.

Within home care, we provide quality care and service interventions to individuals who have services according to the Social Services Act. Home care covers the entire Sotenäs municipality. Home care is based at Kvarnbergets elderly center in Kungshamn.

Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will provide care and service interventions to our users in accordance with the Social Services Act, based on a professional approach. The interventions must be of good quality tailored to individual needs.

You will work with a good attitude and possess strong empathetic skills. You enjoy working both independently and in a team.

Your work will also include performing delegated tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act, as well as documenting and establishing implementation plans according to applicable legislation and guidelines.

Qualifications

It is desirable that you are a trained nursing assistant.

A driving license (B) is preferred.

As a person, you are social, empathetic, flexible, and curious about people. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and previous references.

You have good computer skills and possess very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken.
