The Education Administration is responsible for preschool, pedagogical care, after-school programs, preschool classes, primary schools, adapted primary schools, secondary schools, adapted secondary schools, municipal adult education, special education for adults, Swedish for immigrants (SFI), youth centers, and cultural schools.

Preschool and after-school activities are available at all seven F-6 schools, with geographic distribution throughout the municipality.

Altorpskolan, which is the only 7-9 school in the municipality, receives students from all our F-6 schools and is strategically located in central Herrljunga. The Knowledge Source, the municipality's secondary school, is also located in Herrljunga.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a qualified teacher in Spanish, preferably in combination with qualifications in English, Home and Consumer Studies, Music, or Craft. The position in Spanish is not a full-time assignment, but if you have qualifications in any of the above subjects, a full-time position can be created.

You will:

• teach Spanish in grades 6-9.
• be a mentor for a class in grade 7 (together with a mentoring colleague).
• plan, implement, and document your teaching based on governing documents, both individually and together with colleagues in subject and work teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for teachers with a teaching license and solid subject knowledge. You are an engaged teacher who can set boundaries and create a safe classroom climate. As a mentor, we see you as a key person in your mentees' school journey. You take responsibility for the entire school's development and want to help drive it into the future together with us.

OTHER

In Herrljunga municipality, full-time is the norm with the possibility of part-time.
