YOUR ROLE

As a land surveyor with us, you will handle land surveying proceedings within the municipality's geographical area. This means that you investigate, prepare, and carry out various forms of property formation measures, such as subdivision, property regulation, utility easements, facility proceedings, and partitioning.

You are responsible for preparing decision documents and maps and providing qualified advice in property law. The role also includes contact with citizens, businesses, authorities, and internal municipal operations, as well as participation in development projects and quality work to strengthen the municipality's competence in property formation and land issues.

YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE

You have a university degree at least at the bachelor's level in law, surveying, or another equivalent education. If you have previous experience in handling land surveying proceedings, we consider it an advantage. Experience in geodetic measurement within property formation and measurement technical investigations, such as archival research, calculations, and transformations, is also advantageous. Familiarity with the mapping program Geosecma is seen as a plus. You communicate effectively in Swedish, both spoken and written, listen actively, and adapt your message to the recipient to convey it clearly and effectively. You have basic knowledge of English.

As a person, you are structured and organize your work well, allowing you to drive cases from start to finish efficiently. You are confident in your professional role and handle complex situations without losing focus. At the same time, you are collaborative and unpretentious, able to build trusting relationships with both colleagues and external actors. Your analytical ability allows you to see connections and long-term consequences in complex information and find sustainable solutions in your work.

A driving license may be advantageous depending on the nature of the tasks.
