Analytical Consultant Focused on Production and Logistics

Are you an analytical person with a pedagogical approach who wants to leave your mark on Norrland's industrial landscape? ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will have a central position in developing manufacturing to become more efficient and sustainable. This occurs in close collaboration with the entire customer organization, from production management and technical specialists to the daily operators. Your expertise will determine exactly which areas you focus on. This spans everything from strategic skills development and training to specialist areas such as production control, logistics optimization, process IT, digitalization, and analyses within production technology and sustainability.

As customer needs dictate, no day is the same. Assignments vary in length and intensity. The work is performed with great flexibility, often remotely, but also with necessary on-site efforts at the customer. Assignments in other locations, including travel, may occur.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role involves driving and participating in projects as a consultant with a focus on analyzing, streamlining, and optimizing production and logistics processes for various clients.

  • Develop and improve production processes
  • Develop logistics flows
  • Work with operators, technicians, and production management
  • Conduct frequency studies to measure losses in processes
  • Analyze and investigate process problems
  • Draft action plans with concrete measures
  • Lead technology development and build relationships

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is an educated engineering graduate with relevant experience
  • Has a good understanding of project management and the development of production processes and their flows
  • Has advanced knowledge of Lean methodology
  • Has a good ability to perform simulations and measurements of production flows
  • Has advanced knowledge of Swedish
  • Has a B driver's license and access to a car

It is advantageous if you have knowledge in any of the following areas:

  • Method studies SAM, AVIXS, PROKON, or other methods
  • CAD design using 3D/2D tools
  • Business systems (Movex, Monitor, SAP)
  • Assembly work, welding, and/or painting
  • Automation technology (PLC), Vision, and/or Scanning
  • New technologies such as AI, VR, etc.
  • Machine monitoring systems like Balthzar systems
