In the role of Automation Engineer, you will work independently but with support from your colleagues, including programming, testing, and commissioning.

PASKE has many exciting projects in areas such as water and wastewater, smelters, enrichment plants, mines, and power generation. You will work either on in-house projects or as a consultant on-site with clients. Some client projects offer opportunities for travel during commissioning to all corners of the earth.

The position as an Automation Engineer at PASKE is a permanent employment.

We are looking for someone who is development-oriented and wants to take the next step in a technology-driven company. You have a relevant technical education and work experience in the field. Knowledge of PLC programming is an advantage, as well as experience in other programming within an industrial environment. Experience with ABB 800xA or Siemens TIA Portal is considered a plus.

As a person, you are meticulous, analytical, and straightforward in your communication. You are engaged in your work and value quality, understanding that the end result lies in the details.

You express yourself well in English, both spoken and written, and preferably also in Swedish, but this is not a requirement. You have a B driver's license as part of the work is performed at our clients' locations.

PASKE is a smaller company with great expertise in processes and automation systems for industry. We primarily work with software development in PLC and DCS systems for process control, but also with IT systems, communication networks, measuring instruments, frequency converters, and electrical design in CAD.

PASKE was recently acquired by the northern Swedish industrial group Polskenet Invest, and with this, we are starting a close collaboration with Boliden Electro AB, within the same group. Together, we can create new customer values where specialist competence in automation and programming is combined with strong expertise in products and installations. Our ambition is to work closely together and use our combined competencies to develop and strengthen both companies.
