About the Role

As a property manager with us, you have overall responsibility for your customer assignments and ensure that the service delivery maintains high quality. The role is varied and involves many contact points, both internally and externally. You build trusting relationships with boards in the housing associations and collaborate closely with colleagues in the organization, even in other locations.

You thrive in an independent role where you take initiative, are communicative, and have an easy time creating structure in your work. Some working hours may occur in the evening in connection with board meetings. Otherwise, there is the opportunity for a free, independent, and responsible job.

  • Act as the customer's representative towards authorities and suppliers

  • Procurement and follow-up of suppliers

  • Claims handling and insurance matters

  • Be responsible for budget documentation regarding ongoing and periodic maintenance

  • Contribute to HSB's member benefits by taking on the role of HSB member in a member association

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Completed secondary education

  • Experience in property management or a similar customer-facing role

  • Very good computer and system skills, as well as comfort in working with various digital tools

  • Good communication skills and expresses yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Driver's license B and access to your own car

Meritorious

  • Post-secondary education in real estate, economics, or similar

  • Experience in management for housing associations

  • Experience in independent reporting and follow-up

  • Experience in board work

Personal Qualities

We place great importance on personal qualities. To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you:

  • Are communicative, confident in dialogue, and have an easy time making contact

  • Are self-driven and take responsibility for your assignments

  • Are structured and have a good ability to prioritize

  • Are solution-oriented and unpretentious in collaboration with others

  • Have a businesslike and professional approach

Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month initial probationary period. Start date according to agreement. Place of employment is Skellefteå. In this recruitment, we work with ongoing selection, which means that we may call for interviews and fill the position before the application period has expired.
