Effective Investigations, Analyses, and Customer Contact
As an insurance investigator, you are a state employee tasked with investigating to ensure that the right person receives the right compensation at the right time. When you work with care allowances, you will be in contact with parents who have children requiring special care and supervision due to illness or disability. In your work with additional cost compensation, you will interact with individuals who may need assistance with additional costs for daily living due to disabilities. In your work, you will make assessments through qualified investigations and analyses of documentation, primarily medical statements. You will then present proposals for decisions to specially appointed decision-makers. Contact with individuals occurs via phone and in writing. You will gather information and collaborate with, among others, healthcare and municipalities. As an insurance investigator, you will handle confidential information, which requires a higher standard of proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a strong awareness of security.

- has a university degree or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
- is confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
- acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
- has a systematic and meticulous work approach
- can understand and analyze complex issues
- has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- is proficient in using a computer as a work tool.
It is advantageous if you
- have worked with investigations and made decisions that have affected individuals
- have good knowledge of how to professionally meet people in various life situations
- have knowledge of different types of disabilities.

A number of positions, permanent, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable.
