Nivora Group AB is looking for an Accounting Assistant – Join our growing team in Malmö!

About us:

Nivora Group AB is an expanding company with several branches in service and contracting – including cleaning, moving, roof maintenance, remediation, and construction cleaning. We are based in Malmö and operate throughout Skåne. We are now looking for a meticulous and driven accounting assistant who wants to grow with us!

🧾 Responsibilities:

As an accounting assistant with us, you will have a central role in our administration. Your main responsibilities include:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and invoice management (customers and suppliers)
• 
  
• Monthly reconciliations and payments
• 
  
• Reminders and debt collection management
• 
  
• Preparation for payroll and year-end closing
• 
  
• Handling of receipts, travel expenses, and reimbursements
• 
  
• Contact with accounting firms and auditors
• 
  
• Support in financial reporting to management

✅ We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in similar work or education in finance
• 
  
• Has good knowledge of Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Fortnox or Visma)
• 
  
• Is meticulous, self-driven, and responsible
• 
  
• Has good Swedish in both spoken and written form (English is a plus)
• 
  
• Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial and growing organization
