JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

If you have an eye for detail, enjoy development and order, and are ready to take on the challenge in a newly established role as a contract controller, this could be the role for you!

As a contract controller, you will have an exciting opportunity to work both operationally and strategically with overall responsibility for the city's contract follow-up. You will be a key person in building up a contract follow-up function within Landskrona City with the support of the entire procurement unit.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Coordinating and driving follow-up activities for contracts, both proactively and reactively
  • Designing and developing processes for contract deviations and follow-up
  • Driving supplier dialogues to ensure smooth and correct collaboration
  • Ensuring that contracts are complied with according to laws and guidelines within the public sector, such as LOU
  • Supporting the organization's employees in matters related to contract interpretation, contract risks, and contract follow-up

QUALIFICATIONS

You have:

  • Relevant academic education with a focus on economics, law, statistics, procurement, or equivalent, or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way
  • Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel

Do you have previous experience working in the public sector? Perhaps you have also worked with LOU and contract follow-up? We see this as a significant advantage. If you also have experience working with statistics, analyzing, interpreting, and systematizing data, we see it as a clear strength that will be beneficial in the role.
