About the position:

I am now looking for another person who wants to work with me in Partille! I am 21 years old and live with my mother. I am currently in my last year of high school. My interests are varied – I enjoy everything from floorball and running (framerunning) to snowmobiling, ATV riding, and skiing – there is always something happening here!

I do not communicate with words, but use my iPad, so it is important that you are attentive and engaged in our communication. I need help with most things in my daily life, and I am looking for someone who wants to be a part of it.

I am looking for someone who wants a fixed schedule of 80% The working hours are mainly in the afternoons, evenings, and some nights on call as I go to school during the day.

With me, you will have the chance to participate in everything from training sessions, snowmobile trips to supporting with daily tasks such as cooking, transfers, communication, and personal care.

I am looking for someone who:

• Has a driver's license.

• Likes to do things and be active – preferably interested in fitness!

• Has good physical ability.

• Can cook and preferably enjoys it.

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.

• Is driven, positive, proactive, and adaptable.

• Start date: January 2026.

• Employment rate: 80% on a fixed schedule. On-call duties will be in addition to the fixed employment rate. 

• Contract: Introductory shifts and about a month of hourly employment before the regular employment rate is assigned, provided that everything has gone well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.

• Work shifts: Mainly afternoons/evenings, nights on call, and daytime on weekends.

Recruitment Process

We continuously contact candidates who are relevant for a first interview. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which may happen before the application deadline. Your application will be processed by staff at ENKV assistance, together with the client, and any relatives, guardians, or other concerned parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a criminal record extract is required.

Child Perspective in Recruitment

We at ENKV closely follow the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which means that if you apply for a position that involves working with minors, the recruitment process will include specific steps to ensure that the child's will and needs are taken into account. When employed to work with a minor client, training on the child perspective is also included.

Employment Conditions

To ensure that we maintain high quality in the assistance, newly hired staff will undergo a web-based introductory training (approx. 1 hour), preferably before the start of employment but no later than within a month from the start of employment.
