Role Description

We are looking for an experienced software developer with a strong profile in functional testing and automation for assignments within the defense industry. The role combines software development, test automation, and working closely with hardware in technically advanced and safety-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Development of test and support software in Java
• Functional testing and verification of systems related to radio frequency (RF)
• Building and further developing CI/CD pipelines with automated tests
• Working with test levels from unit tests to system and subsystem tests
• Analysis and interpretation of measurement data from laboratory instruments
• Collaboration with development teams in embedded systems and real-time systems

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Java, with development in Eclipse
• Experience in RF development and RF testing
• Ability to use and interpret data from signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines with automated regression tests
• Practical experience in test automation in Java
• Experience with Jenkins-based pipelines
• Experience with embedded real-time systems developed in C++
• Good familiarity with version control in Git
• Experience working with Atlassian tools

• Experience with FreeRTOS
• Experience with Embedded Linux
• Experience with FPGA development
