ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Assistanslotsen are looking for personal assistants for our client in Frösön. There is a position at 16.8% with work two Saturdays a month. In addition, we are also looking for two substitutes who can work during the regular staff's absences and sick leave. 

Working hours:

• From 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM including a break between 05:00 PM and 06:00 PM and sleeping duty between 12:30 AM and 07:00 AM

Start date is according to agreement and we hope you can begin the introduction as soon as possible.

ABOUT ME

I am a positive woman in my 50s who is wheelchair-bound with an acquired mobility impairment. Your workplace is located in my home and wherever I am. I need help with most aspects of my daily life, such as personal care, support during transfers, exercise, and common household tasks. My general condition varies from day to day, which means you who are applying for the position need to be patient, adaptable, and attentive to my needs.

I enjoy being outdoors in nature regardless of the weather and have several dogs at home, which is also my special interest. Therefore, you who are applying should have good experience with dogs using gentle methods and be comfortable walking several dog walks a day. Please describe your experience with dogs in your personal letter.

As a client, I am looking for someone who is reliable, attentive, meticulous, and has a good work ethic. You have a sense of humor and are flexible. I want you to be well aware of what the work as a personal assistant entails and that you have professional pride. You may be outgoing, but it is also important that you have a sense of professionalism and can stay in the background when needed, as personal assistance is not about care for me but about enabling me to live my life.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a personal assistant or other care experience
• Driver's license and access to a car, you need to be comfortable using your own car in the service both when driving the client and when the dogs accompany you
• No pet allergies
• Experience with dogs

Employment rate: 1 position at 16.8% and 2 substitutes as needed.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
