Personal assistants needed for an active 10-year-old girl living with her family about 40 km outside Östersund (near Lit).

We are looking for someone who is active, responsible, and committed. The girl's daily life is eventful and mobile, so you need to be comfortable with having an active workday. Flexibility is important so you can adapt to her needs and interests.

The job involves various activities both indoors and outdoors, and you will participate in her daily routines and interests.

Previous experience in personal assistance and/or working with children is an advantage, but not a requirement. For us, the most important thing is that you fit well with the girl and her family.

Working hours are scheduled for weekday afternoons/evenings + on-call at night. On weekends and during school breaks, working hours are from morning to evening.

Requirements: Good Swedish as the child needs clear and reassuring verbal communication. A driver's license and access to a car (there are no bus connections). She prefers female staff and applicants must be over 18 years old.

Pets are present in the home.

Interviews will be conducted continuously, and we will fill the positions as soon as we find the right person. There are 2 positions available at about 60-70%, but we are also looking for a substitute, so please indicate in your application which position you are interested in.
