JOB DESCRIPTION

The tasks vary depending on the customer's needs. You will primarily work with good care, service, and social interaction, but also documentation, planning, certain health and medical tasks, and development work. You will follow our routines, for example regarding basic hygiene routines and medication delegation.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with elderly people and agrees that social interaction and meaningfulness are important ingredients in everyday life.

The working hours for most summer substitutes are during the day, evening, and weekends, but we also have a number of night substitutes.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a summer substitute, we are looking for someone who:

• Is 18 years or older (according to AFS 2023:2 as solo work may occur)
• Has a genuine interest in working with the elderly.
• Masters the Swedish language in a way that allows you to communicate with customers, relatives, and other staff, as well as document what the operation requires.
• Is responsible, empathetic, and has a positive attitude.
• Can work independently and in a team.

As a person, you are flexible and easy to collaborate with others. You have a good demeanor and are not afraid to take your own initiative. To work in the operation, you need to be able to receive a medication delegation.

If you are a trained nursing assistant, we see it as a great plus. Experience in care and support is meritorious but not a requirement - you will receive training and introduction!
