Business and Corporate Lawyer

A key role where you will work closely with the management team and provide legal advice in business law and corporate law. Your main responsibilities

• Provide business legal advice primarily in contract law and corporate law.
• Manage and ensure the quality of contracts – from review and drafting to negotiation of customer, supplier, and partnership agreements.
• Work with corporate law issues such as corporate governance and shareholder matters.
• Support in board work and corporate administration, as well as participate in board meetings, annual general meetings, and other ownership-related activities.

You will also play an important role in ensuring that the organization complies with laws, regulations, and internal guidelines. This means that you will:

• Handle compliance and risk management issues. Ensure that the organization complies with applicable legislation, internal guidelines, and identify and manage legal risks.
• Assist in disputes, both legal and through alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Represent the company externally in legal negotiations and collaborate with law firms as needed.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a solid legal background and experience in business law and corporate law, who can handle complex legal issues and provide clear, business-oriented advice. Experience with municipal decision-making processes and the public sector is an advantage.

You are skilled at engaging in dialogue with people and can pedagogically convey complex legal matters clearly. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and result-oriented, with a business-like and proactive approach. Your strengths include:

About SRV

SRV Recycling AB is a limited company owned by five municipalities in Södertörn: Huddinge, Haninge, Botkyrka, Salem, and Nynäshamn. The municipalities have tasked SRV with managing the collection and handling of household waste. The operations include the collection and processing of recyclable materials, fuel, and waste, as well as landfilling. We currently have about 270 employees and receive approximately 200,000 tons of waste each year, with a turnover of 552 million SEK (2023). SRV collects waste from about 154,000 households in the owner municipalities. The company also has 3,000 business and operational customers – ranging from small and large companies to housing associations, preschools, and organizations.

SRV Recycling has a large recycling facility at Gladö Kvarn in Huddinge. The facility is the largest in Sweden by area. We also operate seven recycling centers primarily for households within the five owner municipalities.
