Accounting Assistant Wanted

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented accounting assistant who enjoys varied tasks within accounts payable and receivable. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues and external parties, where you contribute to efficient processes and high quality in financial work.

About the Position

We at SJR are now looking for an accounting assistant who thrives in a broad role for our client located in central Stockholm. The assignment starts immediately and lasts for 6 months, with a great chance of extension thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Posting and handling of approval flow
• Matching against orders
• Payment files to the bank
• Invoicing and payments
• Reminders and claims
• Reconciliations of bank and daily cash
• Registration of assets in fixed asset register

Suitable Background

You have a post-secondary education in finance and have worked with the tasks mentioned above for at least 2 years. Previous experience with the accounting system BC is an advantage. You are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
