About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will work for the Uber Eats team with a variety of tasks and manage multiple parallel activities. In your role, you will primarily support the Nordic market with contact to customers and partners. Responsibilities include internal and external communication and customer support. You will mainly work via email and possibly incoming chat, but outgoing contact via phone may occur.

You will initially work exclusively at Uber's office in Solna. After the initial three months, you will have the opportunity to work remotely a couple of days a week.

In your role as a customer service representative, your main tasks will include:

Support for Uber's customers in the Nordic market
Internal and external communication

The position as a customer service representative is a full-time consulting assignment starting at the end of February. Working hours are scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including work every other weekend and on public holidays.

About You

We are looking for someone with a high school education and excellent skills in Danish and English, both spoken and written. You should also have good computer system skills.

Furthermore, we see that you are a proactive and initiative-taking person who is willing to take on new tasks and drive your own projects. You have a distinct ability to handle many inquiries simultaneously, are flexible, and have high integrity. This requires good social skills and the ability to thrive with a large network of contacts.
