Your mission
As Admissions Manager, you will be responsible for the entire admissions process for grades F–9. You will ensure that we meet our admission goals and that all families receive a warm, professional, and informative welcome. You will be part of an engaged team in an international environment where you serve as the school's outward face. You will work on-site at the school in Nacka.
Your main responsibilities:
Drive the admissions process: You are responsible for the entire chain from expression of interest to school start. This includes managing our student queue, administering admissions, and maintaining ongoing contact with guardians.
Communication & Service: You are the school's first contact for interested families via email, phone, and visits. You will also proactively reach out to families in the queue to fill available spots.
Marketing & Events: You plan and execute Open Houses, information meetings, and private tours. The role also includes contributing to the school's visibility through simple content work for social media.
Collaboration: You work closely with the principal and other administration to ensure a smooth school start for each student.
To apply, we want you to have
Experience in service, administration, or sales, preferably from a school environment or another business with significant customer contact.
Some form of post-secondary education in administration, communication, marketing, or equivalent work experience.
Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, as well as an ability to learn new administrative systems (it is an advantage if you know SchoolSoft or similar).
Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A third language is an advantage.
To succeed in the role, we know that you are
A structured and self-driven person with the ability to create clarity in administrative processes and manage many points of contact simultaneously.
Friendly, service-oriented, and empathetic, with an ease in building good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You understand the importance of a professional demeanor in all situations.
Conditions
Employment type: Permanent. A probationary period applies.
Work percentage: 50%.
Start date: January 2026 or by agreement.
Application deadline: December 28, 2026. Recruitment is ongoing; this may mean that the process ends before the application deadline.
We strive to offer a non-discriminatory and inclusive recruitment process. We look forward to receiving your application, where we request your CV, but you do not need to send a personal letter. To learn a little more about you, we instead ask that you answer a number of questions that you will find if you click through to the application. If you proceed after the application, you may receive a link to a psychological work test. The tests we use are based on current research and serve as support in the assessment.
Our recruitment processes consist of several steps, often more than one interview. We believe it is extremely important to give ourselves the time needed to get a good picture of each other - you should choose us, and we should choose you! Sometimes, many people apply for a position, and this can extend the process due to that reason. However, you can be assured that we do everything we can to keep you updated and provide feedback along the way.
