Tigerholm, a brand within SPX FLOW, is now seeking a Buyer/Material Planner with EHS responsibility for our production facility in Ekerö.

About the Role:

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for material planning and purchasing while leading our work with occupational health, safety, and environment (EHS). You will play a central role in ensuring deliveries, optimizing inventory flows, and contributing to a safe and sustainable work environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage material needs according to production schedules.
Conduct purchases of raw materials, components, and consumables.
Ensure deliveries and follow up on supplier performance.
Collaborate with production and quality to resolve material-related issues.
Optimize inventory flows and capacity planning using MPS systems.
Drive cost-saving measures within purchasing and material flows.
Participate in budget and investment planning and report results.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and safety rounds.
Contribute to quality controls, manage deviations, and drive improvement initiatives according to LEAN principles.

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have at least three years of experience in purchasing, material planning, or supply chain, preferably within a manufacturing environment. You have worked with business systems, preferably SAP, and have good administrative skills. You are accustomed to using MRP/ERP systems and have experience in inventory management.

Furthermore, you have experience with EHS regulations and standards, preferably ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and possess strong analytical and planning skills. You thrive in a dynamic work environment where you solve problems and work cross-functionally. Experience in driving improvement initiatives according to LEAN principles is a plus. You communicate effectively in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
