We are looking for a technically interested customer service representative who speaks Finnish, Swedish, and English to join our client's driven team!

Do you have an eye for technology, a calm and secure demeanor, and experience in providing world-class service to Finnish and European customers? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

About the role:

In the role of a technical customer service representative, you will be a key person in customer contact. You will:

  • Assist customers with technical questions and challenges via phone, email, and chat.
  • Read knowledge articles and follow routines and processes, as well as register and follow up on cases in a system.
  • Troubleshoot, guide, and solve problems – always with a professional and pedagogical approach.
  • Work in various systems and tools – therefore it is important that you are tech-savvy and curious about technology.
  • Collaborate closely with your team, technicians, and other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction and continuous improvements.

Start date: Asap

Scope: full-time, 40 hours a week, scheduled between 07:00-16:00 or 08:00-17:00 with a 45-minute lunch break plus a 15-minute break.

Employment: permanent with an initial probationary period.

Location: Stockholm or Sundsvall.
