About the role

As a customer service representative with us, you will play a central role in providing our customers with first-class service. Your main responsibilities include:

✅ Handling incoming calls, emails, and chats

✅ Working in the company’s own systems

✅ Data entry and information registration

✅ Collaborating with different departments to resolve customer issues effectively

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is Finnish/Swedish speaking and has experience in a similar role and wants to take the next step in their career. To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you are:

🔹 Used to working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple cases simultaneously

Working hours & Location

🕘 The work takes place during office hours between 08:00–17:00

📍 Location: Solna in the company’s premises.

Interview process

📅 The interview process consists of two interview sessions, and positions are filled continuously.
