We are now looking for an experienced Product Manager who wants to drive the development of the next generation of customer service experiences. The role involves leading product work focused on digital support, self-service solutions, and advanced AI-driven tools. The goal is to create intuitive and effective user experiences that make it easier for customers to resolve their issues independently — while also freeing human support for situations where it is truly needed.

This is an assignment for someone with deep experience in product management in digital environments and who thrives at the intersection of customer experience, technology, analytics, and business development.

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will drive the entire product development process from discovery to launch, analysis, and iteration. You will work closely with UX designers, developers, data analysts, and key stakeholders, responsible for formulating clear goals, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring that the solutions create measurable impact.

You will shape the strategy for digital-first customer support, where AI solutions, chatbots, agentic AI, and smart self-service play a central role. The role requires you to be data-driven and able to translate customer needs and business objectives into concrete product initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the vision for the next generation of customer support
  • Define product requirements based on customer insights, business needs, and technical possibilities
  • Work cross-functionally with UX, engineering, analytics, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure that launches create impact and that the customer journey is seamless and value-creating
  • Define and track key metrics such as deflection rate, CSAT, and chat adoption
  • Use experiments, A/B testing, and customer data to drive product improvements
  • Prioritize initiatives based on value, insights, and technical prerequisites
  • Create clarity, structure, and communication around the roadmap and goals

Qualifications

  • Documented experience as a Product Manager in digital environments
  • Experience in Retail, AI, or customer service development is highly desirable
  • Good understanding of AI-driven solutions, chatbots, self-service, and digital customer support
  • Strong communicator and experienced in collaborating in cross-functional teams
  • Able to work data-driven and make well-founded prioritization decisions
  • Comfortable managing complexity, change, and rapid iterations
  • Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented with the ability to drive strategic initiatives
