Are you a data-driven marketer passionate about growth and sales? iSales is looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for increasing our digital visibility and driving more qualified leads – primarily new job applications.

About the role:

You will build and implement our digital marketing strategy with a focus on social media, content production, and analysis. You will drive projects from idea to publication and optimize communication to strengthen both brand and results. The role reports directly to the CEO and offers significant autonomy.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is creative, self-driven, and solution-oriented.
• Has experience in digital marketing, Employer Branding, social media, and measurement/analysis.
• Can create engaging content and manage quick production.
• Has a good sense of tone and visual expression.
• Has at least 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in the sales industry.
• Has documented experience in creating content for digital channels.
• Is accustomed to working both strategically and hands-on.

Skills:

• Swedish & English – very good level.
• Photoshop.
• Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEO.
• Good understanding of social media and algorithms.
