About the Position

We are now looking for production staff in casting for one of the world's largest players in the automotive industry - located in Skövde!

With us, you will be an important part of the entire casting process: from the melting shop, through the core making and molding line to post-processing. Here you will work with machine monitoring, manual inspection of castings, forklift driving, and scrap melting in a workplace where tradition meets modern technology. Since forklift driving is part of the job, we prefer that you have a forklift license or are open to obtaining one.

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment with good opportunities for extension. Working hours are scheduled in shifts and may vary between day, evening, night, and weekend, depending on the department's needs. About You

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, solution-oriented, and responsible - both independently and in a team. You enjoy practical tasks and are comfortable working in an industrial environment. Experience in production or similar is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have a safety mindset and a willingness to learn.

Requirements for the Position:

• Enjoy practical tasks and preferably have experience working with your hands
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• High school diploma, preferably with a technical focus
• Experience in industrial work
• Experience in casting work
• Familiarity with troubleshooting
• Experience working with ABB robots or similar robotic technology

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates in the process.
