We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented Logistics Administrator, perfect for recent graduates in logistics or those with a few years of experience in supply chain seeking a new challenge. Here, you will work closely with the operational flows of the business and contribute to ensuring that deliveries, planning, and follow-ups run smoothly from day to day.
About the role
As a Logistics Administrator, you will support the operational logistics and ensure that the company's daily processes run without interruption. The role is administrative and coordinating, with clear priorities that help you create structure in a fast-paced flow.
Your tasks include ensuring that shipments flow smoothly and that no backlogs build up. You will also ensure that invoicing is done in accordance with completed work and handle issues related to claims management. You will also book certain transports, follow up on deviations, and work in internal systems to ensure that all information is correct and up to date.
You will act as an extra resource in the team and support the facility where needed, giving you a good insight into all processes and routines within logistics. The role is suitable for those who enjoy variation, responsibility, and being close to the center of events in daily logistics work.
Examples of tasks:
- Ensure that shipments and backlogs are in sync
- Ensure that daily and weekly transports are planned
- Invoicing and ongoing administrative tasks
- Handling of claims and follow-ups
- Booking of transports within selected areas
- Ongoing contact with internal functions and external parties
- Data maintenance in CRM
We are looking for someone who
- Is a recent graduate from a bachelor's or master's program in logistics, industrial economics, or equivalent. You may also have a vocational education and some practical experience.
- Thrives in a coordinating and administrative role with many contact points.
- Is confident in prioritizing when the pace is high and multiple tasks are happening simultaneously.
- Is experienced in working with Excel and has previous experience with a CRM system.
- Has an eye for detail, works meticulously, and takes responsibility for ensuring deliveries are correct.
- Enjoys working in a structured manner and likes to create order and flow in processes.
You will fit well in the role if you are curious, self-driven, and find it enjoyable to work in a dynamic environment where each day presents new situations to solve.
About the employment
The position is a consulting assignment for at least 12 months, with the possibility of extension provided that both parties are satisfied with the collaboration. You will become part of an organization where logistics and flow management are central, and you will work closely with colleagues in production, planning, and business support.
