Do you want to help create high customer satisfaction in international logistics and shipping? We are now looking for a dedicated Line Service Coordinator to join our team!

About the role

As a Line Service Coordinator, you will work closely with your team and the Trade Line Manager, taking overall responsibility for providing our customers with the best possible service, focusing on quick response times, availability, and reliability. You will handle transport bookings, documentation, and information regarding cargo flows, and contribute to the company's liquidity through efficient invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Book cargo on our vessels as well as onward transport with other shipping companies and door-to-door solutions
• Ensure that documentation (IMO, manifests, customs documents) is accurate and up to date
• Handle customs documents and registrations in the customs system
• Ongoing collaboration with the Line Manager regarding cargo flows
• Invoicing and some financial administration
• Update booking systems and customer information
• Be the contact person for incoming calls and emails from customers
• Collaborate with other departments such as Line Manager, Sales, System Support, and Finance

Qualifications

• University degree in international logistics, freight forwarding, or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping
• Experience in customs handling and project cargo is a plus

• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English
