Your task

We are now looking for a maintenance engineer for our production facilities for electricity, heat, cooling, and gas, as well as our pumping stations in the district heating network.

As a maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for:

• ensuring safety in all our maintenance assignments
• planning long-term preventive maintenance
• technically developing facilities within the operational area
• securing technical requirements in investment projects
• compiling proposals for reinvestments from a maintenance perspective
• contributing to the implementation of root cause analyses (RCA)
• leading or participating in MOC assignments (Management Of Change, minor facility changes)
• optimizing and improving maintenance routines and methods
• specifying the need for spare parts and equipment replacement.

In addition to what has already been mentioned, you will plan and follow up on maintenance work and participate in feedback sessions with other technical disciplines.

Your team

You will belong to the Technical unit. Our team consists of a group of technology-interested engineers who specialize in processes, inspections, and maintenance.

In this position, you can make a difference in a socially important operation that is very varied and developing. With us, you have the opportunity to work with technology to a great extent while also planning and leading revisions and renovations. You will make long-term plans but also find yourself in situations where you need to make quick decisions and be flexible in terms of quickly prioritizing and switching between different tasks.

Your competence

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in engineering with a relevant focus or other qualifications that we consider equally valuable.

You have solid experience working with maintenance in the power or process industry. We prefer that you have experience in maintenance planning, construction, leading smaller projects, and implementing continuous improvements. You have generally good computer skills and experience working in database-based maintenance systems.

To easily move between our facilities, you need to have a B driver's license. We have a car pool that you can use for business travel.

We are looking for someone who enjoys analyzing complex issues and contributing to a structured way of working. You work independently, take initiative, and contribute ideas. You enjoy solving tasks together with others and contribute to good collaboration. The work involves a lot of contacts, which means you need to express yourself easily in both spoken and written Swedish.
