As a Production Manager at Precomp Solutions, you will have a varied daily routine where you combine operational work in production with an expanded responsibility to plan, follow up, and coordinate daily operations. You are close to both production and the team, ensuring that flows work and that the day's plan is maintained.

The role also includes some personnel responsibility and a delegated work environment responsibility, where you contribute to a safe, structured, and well-functioning work environment.

Your responsibilities as a Production Manager include, among other things:

• Having overall delivery responsibility within the group

• Working with the production manager on resource planning and budget

• Being responsible for daily management and reporting based on set goals

• Working to develop productivity and efficiency in production

• Driving and following up improvement work

• Developing and supporting employees, for example, in standards and technical competence

This is a role for you who enjoy working operationally in production but also want to take greater responsibility for the whole and contribute to the development of both working methods and people.

We see that you have experience of practical work in the manufacturing industry and are used to working according to 5S and Lean. You have a good technical understanding and a trained eye for spotting improvement opportunities in production. If you have previously held some form of leadership role and knowledge of work environment regulations, we consider it highly meritorious. A technical education or equivalent experience is a plus. You communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

As a person, you have a natural drive and a willingness to take responsibility. You thrive in a leadership role where you can engage and include others, and you are good at creating structure and making the daily operations in production work well. You are a team player who leads with values and has the ability to get people on board with change and improvement work.
