LIMAB AB is now looking for a Manager for Customer Projects who wants to contribute to our continued growth and international success. Here, you will play a key role in leading customer projects and developing processes for more efficient deliveries.

About the position

As the Manager for Customer Projects at LIMAB, you will have both an operational and strategic role. You will lead a team of approximately six people and actively participate in international customer projects.

You will experience a developing and international work environment and a place in the management team. You will be responsible for planning and driving projects from start to finish, coordinating resources, and ensuring that deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the customer projects department
• Be responsible for project management and coordination of deliveries
• Participate in international customer projects and technical discussions
• Develop processes and tools for more efficient project delivery
• Collaborate with the sales organization and provide technical support during sales

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a good industrial understanding and experience in technical project management. You are accustomed to customer contact, have experience leading teams, and have worked with industrial applications in a responsible role.

To succeed with us, we hope you have a strong drive and great initiative as well as a solution-oriented approach. In addition to your technical skills, we value that you are communicative, flexible, and have the ability to inspire and motivate others. Experience working cross-functionally is a plus, as is an interest in continuously developing both yourself and the business.

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience from the industry
• Experience in system integration and working with technical solutions in a production environment
• Knowledge of industrial field buses, network communication, and software integration
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as a valid driver's license
