Do you want to help shape the future of material flows? We are looking for a driven and proactive Supply Chain Analyst for an important product area. This is a role for you who want to develop how the company plans, controls, and optimizes flows throughout the value chain. Here you will work at the heart of the business, where logistics meets commerce, and where your efforts have a direct impact on efficiency, customer value, and sustainability.
You will be a key player in the journey towards smarter, more efficient, and sustainable flows – from procurement to end customer. Together with engaged colleagues in production, marketing, and logistics, you will create solutions that truly make a difference.
About the role
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will hold a key position in the work of planning and controlling material flows from procurement to end customer. You will serve as the hub between production, marketing, logistics, and customers, ensuring that the flows are both efficient, sustainable, and well-planned from a business perspective. The role involves a broad responsibility that ranges from forecasts and capacity analyses to coordinating daily deliveries and developing working methods. You will become a central part of the work towards a more data-driven, proactive, and optimized supply chain.
Your work includes:
- Being responsible for and developing the delivery plan in line with the established S&OP process
- Creating, analyzing, and following up on forecasts in dialogue with internal functions and customers
- Coordinating daily flows and ensuring high delivery precision
- Identifying and driving improvement initiatives that strengthen both cost efficiency and customer value
- Coordinating volumes and allocations with consideration for quality, logistics, and business benefits
- Developing processes and working methods for improved flow management
- Actively contributing to the journey towards a more data-driven and proactive supply chain
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least a two-year post-secondary education in logistics, economics, or equivalent
- Has at least five years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields
- Is analytical, solution-oriented, and has the ability to see the big picture in complex flows
- Has experience in forecasting and analysis related to planning
- Thrives in a coordinating role with many contact points and a fast pace
- Has a good understanding of material flows, delivery processes, and economic relationships
- Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English
- Is accustomed to working in business systems and is proficient in the Office suite
We believe that you are a person who sees opportunities in every link and enjoys creating flows where all parts are interconnected. You think proactively, are comfortable taking ownership, and navigate confidently between both strategic and operational issues. You collaborate naturally with others, build relationships, and drive work forward through dialogue and structure.
If you have experience with material flows in heavy or complex product areas, it is a merit, but not a requirement.
About the employment
This is a recruitment with direct employment at our client. Negotiation of employment terms will thus take place between the parties.
You will be part of a larger supply chain organization of about 15 people, distributed across several product areas. The team you join works at a high pace, with great mandate and close collaboration around overall planning, delivery precision, and flow development. Here you will encounter a culture characterized by forward movement, transparency, business acumen, and unpretentious collaboration.
The work involves close dialogue with internal business units, production, logistics functions, and central planning teams. Travel may occur to a lesser extent to get to know the organization and local needs.
This is an opportunity for you who want to deepen your knowledge in advanced supply chain development and work in an organization that invests in modern planning tools, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement. Here you will have both the space and responsibility to influence the whole – and contribute to flows that truly make a difference.
- Scope: Full-time, office hours 07:00-16:00 - you are expected to be on-site every day
- Start: January 2026
- Location: Gothenburg
- Contact person: Dino Segetalo
