ABOUT THE POSITION

As a constructor at our client, you will be responsible for mechanical design in Solid Works. Our client designs all systems in-house and purchases mechanical components and subassemblies from subcontractors — which means you will have close contact with both suppliers and customers. The machines are assembled in the workshop, programmed, and tested before delivery. In this role, you will also adapt existing solutions as needed and contribute to the development of new systems and components with the goal of making production more efficient. You will be part of a small, close-knit team with competent and innovative colleagues who together drive the company's development forward.

Our client is a Swedish company with extensive experience in robot automation for the food industry. They specialize in developing and delivering systems that weigh, sort, and package products (such as animal protein) for consumer or bulk packaging. Their solutions are built for industrial production and meet hygiene and cleaning requirements within food production. By automating packing and sorting, their systems can significantly reduce the need for manual labor and minimize waste by eliminating overweight. The company has a clear export profile with machines installed in several countries and an ambition to continue growing. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble and test prototypes
• Problem-solving at customer sites
• Follow up on production with subcontractors

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a completed university degree or engineering degree in areas such as mechanics or machinery
• Has knowledge of design/construction
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Enjoys combining construction and prototyping
• Holds a B driver's license

It is a plus if you have

• Experience with Solidworks
