Guidance and Competence Mölndal is the unit in Mölndal city responsible for all study and career guidance within the city's own schools (primary school, secondary school, special school, and adult education). Guidance and Competence Mölndal belongs to the Education Administration, which also organizes secondary school, secondary special school, and adult education.

The position is a full-time temporary position from January 2026 to December 2026, with the possibility of extension.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a SYV at Guidance and Competence Mölndal, you will play a central role in the development and implementation of various projects, particularly in collaboration with the school and working life, SSA. You will work closely with the unit manager and others in the various school management teams in adult education in the development of projects and the set goals. Other tasks related to the assignment may occur.

You will collaborate with a colleague who has an assignment within SSA towards high school. You also have a part of the assignment as SYV at Lärvux, where you work with students and teachers to find various alternatives for these students.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Leadership and coordination of SSA work at the unit and UTF, SAF in collaboration with relevant professionals.
• Be involved and drive SSA development within SFI in collaboration with SYV at SFI and the principal.
• Network building with relevant stakeholders and industries to ensure collaboration and knowledge exchange.
• Initiate and propose new projects and initiatives in the field of competence supply.
• Compile and present reports as requested regarding SSA work.
• Active environmental scanning to identify trends and opportunities in the field of competence supply.
• SYV at Lärvux.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained study and career counselor and has experience leading and driving projects, particularly within the framework of SSA. You have documented experience in project management with responsibility for planning, following up, and implementing set goals while working within given time and budget frames.

The assignment includes networking and environmental monitoring in the field of competence supply in various industries, which is an important part of the Education Administration's mission. You therefore have a good ability to create and maintain contacts and collaborate with various stakeholders in different roles and contexts.

To succeed in the role, you work in a structured and meticulous manner, can prioritize your work, and manage several parallel projects simultaneously. You thrive in a dynamic environment with a high pace and deadlines and have the ability to work strategically to achieve desired results.
