Career and Guidance Counselor for Student Health in Tidaholm Municipality

Do you want to make a difference for our students? We are now looking for a career and guidance counselor for student health in Tidaholm Municipality.

About the Position

• Career counselor in grades 7-9 – with class information, guidance conversations, planning fairs, etc.
• Career counselor in IM, high school – enrollment conversations
• Career counselor in grades F-6 – primarily as support to teachers/work teams in the implementation of the career guidance plan's activities
• Follow up, evaluate, and revise the career guidance plan
• Forming and participating in collaboration between school and working life
• Implementation of activities within the project Choices for Life

You will be organizationally part of Student Health but will work at Hellid School. In student health, in addition to career counselors for primary school, there are also special educators, school social workers, school nurses, school psychologists, speech therapists, and a cross-professional team, Sam-Kraft, that works with preschools.

One position is a permanent full-time employment starting as soon as possible or by agreement. The other position is a temporary part-time position (50%) during the period 260130–260611.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is an educated career and guidance counselor or has other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent.

It is important that you have the ability to work independently while also functioning well in collaboration in various contexts. You are a good organizer and put the student at the center. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities.
