About the Position

Hellidsskolan is the only secondary school in the municipality with approximately 460 students and around 70 staff members. The school currently has five to seven parallel classes in each grade, special education groups, and an adapted primary school. The staff focuses heavily on the school's core values of health, knowledge, and safety in their work with students. The staff is divided into four teams and has a complete student health team. Here, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students alongside other skilled, qualified, and certified educators.

We are now looking for a music teacher for grades 6-9. The position includes mentorship in a class together with a teaching colleague. This is a permanent full-time position, with a start date to be agreed upon.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the required qualifications for the position. As a person, you have a positive outlook. You can work both systematically and be flexible at the same time.

You are already working based on the expanded teacher assignment, seeing opportunities and potential to change the student's learning environment. You care about giving all students good chances to succeed; it is important to you that your students do well. You have the ability to build good relationships with students, making you the most important and powerful tool for creating safety and study peace inside and outside the classroom walls.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal competencies.
